Qmed AFO-Night – Effective Night Splint for Plantar Fasciitis and Drop Foot

The Qmed AFO-Night is a lightweight and comfortable night splint designed to provide passive stretching for the plantar fascia and Achilles tendon during the night. It is an excellent aid for treating plantar fasciitis, effectively relieving morning heel pain and plantar pain in particular. The splint holds the ankle in a controlled approx. 90-degree angle (dorsiflexion) throughout the night, which prevents tendon tightening and promotes healing. It is also ideally suited for the treatment and rehabilitation of drop foot and various neurological symptoms, such as spasticity.

• Adjustable Stretch: The amount of stretch can be easily adjusted using the hook-and-loop straps on the sides.

• Enhanced Stretch: The package includes a removable EVA foam wedge, which is placed under the toes. The wedge further enhances the stretch and improves ankle position control.
• Hygienic and Comfortable: The removable foam padding, covered with soft velour, is pleasant against the skin and can be hand-washed.
• Universal Design: The same product fits both the left and right foot.

Indications for Use

• Plantar fasciitis (inflammation of the plantar fascia) and resulting heel pain

• Padding: Soft, velour-covered foam
• Wedge: EVA foam
• Care Instructions: The removable padding can be hand-washed with a mild detergent. Air dry. Do not tumble dry or iron.
