Very fast deliveries

We always strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. As a rule, we pack and ship orders on the same day if the order is received Mon-Thu before 1:00 PM and the products are in our stock!

Invoice and installment

The payment methods of our payment service provider Klarna allow our customers to make purchases also by invoice or in installments, so you can get the products home before making the final purchase decision.

All products from the Oulu warehouse

When the product information says "In stock", it means that the product is in our own warehouse located at our premises and will be shipped to the customer no later than the next business day. We always strive to keep our inventory balances up to date, so the customer truly knows whether the product is available directly from our stock or not.

CE and MD marked medical devices

The majority of our products are CE-approved medical devices. The CE marking together with the medical device MD marking guarantees that the products meet all the safety and quality requirements set for them in Europe. In Finland, Fimea supervises the implementation of EU directives and regulations regarding these products. Without these markings, the products cannot be used in professional use in either public or private healthcare.

As a consumer, you can therefore be sure that you get products and equipment that meet the same quality requirements without having to worry about their appropriate functionality or, for example, chemical safety.
