DELIVERY METHODS - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE FINLAND)

PARCEL CONNECT
- Used for international orders
- Order are delivered to DHL Service points, find your closest Service point: https://locator.dhl.com/ServicePointLocator
- Shipments can be tracked with provided tracking code
- Countries where Parcel connect is available to and delivery costs:
Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden - price 8.90 eur
Germany - price 13.90 eur
Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic - price 23.90 eur
Bulgaria, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary - price 26.90 eur
DELIVERY METHODS - DOMESTIC ORDERS (TO FINLAND)
We offer our customers free domestic delivery option to domestic orders when total amount of order is more than 35 eur excluding couple of exceptions like larger rollators, shower chairs, elbow crutches or pillows. These prices and free shipping costs mentioned in the website only apply to e-commerce orders.

MH - TO YOUR LOCAL STORE
- Is delivered to closest or chosen parcel point in 1-3 working days
- Delivery to a local store of your choice (Siwa, Valintatalo or Euromarket) or matkahuolto
- Tracking possible with tracking code

MH - MATKAHUOLTO
- Is delivered to closest or chosen matkahuolto mainly in 1 working days. Delivery time can be longer if there is bus change in the route.
- Delivery to matkahuolto of your choise

MH MATKAHUOLTO - LARGE SIZE PRODUCTS
- Is delivered to closest or chosen matkahuolto mainly in 1 working days. Delivery time can be longer if there is bus change in the route.

- Is automatically delivery method when large size product is added to shopping cart
- Tracking possible with tracking code

MH - HOME DELIVERY AS AGREED
- Is transported in 1-3 working days and delivered to receivers address next day after delivery time has been agreed
- Home delivery as agreed, matkahuolto contacts with text message to agree the time of delivery
- Tracking possible with tracking code

MH JAKOPAKETTI
- Is transported mainly in 1 working days and delivered to receiver next day after that
- Delivery is made between 8 and 16 in working days
- Time cannot be agreed
- Tracking possible with tracking code

SMALL PARCEL

- Delivered together with normal letters
- Delivery time is from 2 days to over a week depending Posti

COLLECT FROM POSTI
- Available for collect mainly 1-2 working days after shipping day (normally after 4pm)
- Tracking possible with tracking code
- Collect with tracking code
- Handed over against a signature from Posti outlet during business hours, prepare to identify yourself
- NOTICE STORAGE PERIOD! Posti keeps parcels only 7 days after receiving those, after that parcels returned to sender

COLLECT FROM POSTI - LARGE SIZE PRODUCTS

- Just collect your order from selected Posti parcel point

HOME PARCEL
- Easy way to receive orders
- Tracking possible with tracking code
- Order is delivered to recipient's address
- Posti contacts recipient twice in order to agree on the delivery time
- Deliveries are made on weekdays, in larger cities until 9 pm and other areas by 2 pm or 5 pm
- Price 14.90 €, larger products 18.90 €

EXPRESS-PARCEL
- Normally used on Business-to-business parcels, can be also used for deliveries to work places.
- Tracking possible with tracking code
- Order is delivered to recipient's address and handed over against a signature
- If delivery attempt fails, a notice of arrival will be left for the recipient and the item can be collected from the local postal outlet
- Price 14.90 €, larger products 18.90 €
NOTICE! Not collecting parcels or refusing to receive them does not mean return. If customer do not collect the parcel without informing it to Avoris Oy, we are justified to collect 19.90 eur handling fee from customer.

- Orders can be collected from our store: Avoris Oy, Haaransuontie 13 B 1, 90240 Oulu (open 8.00 - 16.00 business days)

ORDER PROCESSING AND TRANSIT TIME
Availability of products and estimated delivery times can be found from product pages. If the product is not in our stock, estimated delivery times will be shown. Estimated delivery times have been created based by information got from distributors and manufacturers. Avoris Oy is not responsible for unpredictable delays that are outside of its own sphere of influence.
We always try to process orders as soon as possible. We mainly pack and ship the goods on same business day, if we receive the order by 1:00 pm (UTC/GMT: 2:00).
Order placed on holidays, weekends or after 1 pm on working days are dispatched mainly on next business day.
We will contact our clients as soon as possible if there is reason to doubt that shipping time is longer than usually expected.
