    On this page you will find up-to-date information on delivery methods, prices, and available payment options. The prices apply to online store orders only.

    Orders for stock items placed Mon-Thu by 1:00 PM are shipped the same day.

    📦 Free delivery

    We offer a free delivery option for orders over 60 € (excluding separately mentioned bulky items).

    Domestic delivery methods

    🚌 Matkahuolto
    • MH Lähellä parcel Delivery to your chosen parcel point or locker (usually 1-2 business days). You will receive an SMS when the parcel arrives.
    • MH Home Delivery Delivered to your door at an agreed time (usually 1-2 business days). Matkahuolto will contact you regarding the delivery time.
    • Business Parcel (For businesses) Delivery to the destination on weekdays between 8 AM and 4 PM without separate notification.
    📦 Posti
    • Pick-up from Posti / Locker Delivery to your chosen Posti or parcel locker (1-2 business days). You will receive an SMS when the parcel arrives.
    • Small Parcel to the Door Delivered with regular letter mail to your mailbox / mail slot (2-7 business days).
    • Home Delivery Delivery to your door (usually by 9 PM, in rural areas by 2 PM).
    • Express parcel to the workplace (For businesses) Delivery to the recipient's address Mon-Fri between 8 AM and 4 PM without notification. One delivery attempt, after which it will be taken to a pick-up point for collection.

    Note: Posti stores shipments for only 7 days. For an uncollected parcel (without prior notice), we charge a handling fee of 19.90 €.

    International deliveries (Posti Parcel Connect, Parcel Baltics or Pickup Parcel)

    We also deliver orders to the countries below via Posti. Prices are fixed per order.

    Payment methods

    1) Paytrail (Online banks and cards)

    The payment provider is the Finnish Paytrail Oyj. This is a secure and the most common way to pay.

    • Online banks: Nordea, OP, Danske Bank, Ålandsbanken, S-Bank, Aktia, POP Bank, Savings Bank (Säästöpankki), Oma Savings Bank (Oma Säästöpankki).
    • Mobile payments: MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay

    2) Klarna Checkout

    With Klarna, you can pay flexibly. Identify yourself easily with your email and zip code.

    • Klarna Invoice: Pay only after you have received the products (usually 30 days payment time).
    • Klarna Installment: Split the payment into smaller parts.
    • Direct payments and cards are also available via Klarna.
    Note! When using Klarna, the delivery and billing address must be the same (official address). The pick-up point cannot be more than 10km away from home due to fraud risk.
